Position : Quality Assurance Specialist
Schedule : 9 : 00 pm - 7 : 30 am, Sunday - Wednesday
Key Responsibilities :
- Review batch records and documents for compliance with cGMP standards.
- Provide on-the-floor quality oversight to ensure adherence to protocols.
- Offer technical guidance for GMP compliance during troubleshooting activities.
- Resolve deviations and non-conformities to maintain product integrity.
- Support batch disposition process and oversee manufacturing operations.
- Participate in audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and approving document revisions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant science or engineering discipline preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant cGMP experience, preferably in biopharmaceutical or cell therapy manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulations (FDA / EMA)
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
